I feel much better about things this month. I have been working out very had in the mornings with my friend and have been eating a very clean diet. My measurements have definetly improved this month and I think the body looks a little bit better in the photo. Although when I look back over the last 7 months at the photos the body doesn't seem to look that different to me which is a bit discouraging, but my cardio has went way up. Out of my 8 day work out cycle I am now jogging 2 days for 30 minutes, biking 2 days for 30 minutes and swimming 2 days about 20 lengths in the pool. This is in addition to working out with the weights for 6 days out of those 8 days. (The 8 days consist of 3 days of exercise then a day off then another 3 days of exercise with a day off then the cycle starts over again. Hopefully in the next month I will really start to see a difference. One good thing is my blood pressure has dropped from 145/100 when I started to currently 133/86 and that is without taking any medication, so the cardio is definetly paying off there.
