This one is kind of tuff to put down because most of the exercises I don't do a max weight and reps for. Example curls my right bicep is giving me problems so I only do what I can with out pain. As far as legs go I work out alone so when doing squats never come close to max. I have listed the bench and military press because those I pretty much go until exhaustion. I will try to improve and start maxing my weights a bit more and see where I am as far as sets and reps now and into the future.
