As you can see this month was not a good month. Actually this month I did start back in working out but the prior month was really bad. I did start getting consistent again because in April and May I had been slacking on the exercise and on the diet. However this month I did start working out with an old friend of mine again and he is really into it. We started working out in the mornings before work. I think this will help since he will force me to go to the gym, and I also think this will help my sleeping habits, which have always been a problem with me. Perhaps the late workouts prior that were after work were keeping me awake when I tried to sleep. Well anyway here's to cranking up the work outs again.
